In addition to providing an academic curriculum, JCS focus on social/emotional development, life skills and engagement. JCS provide support to enhance cognitive skills, engagement and the promotion of leadership. A special focus is also to prepare students for their post senior secondary transition—either to post-senior secondary education, career and technical training, or directly entering the world of work.
Quiz, Declamation, Debate, Poetry, Essay Writing etc.
Athletics, Football, Volleyball, Kho-Kho & other Indoor activities like Table Tennis, Badminton, Chess, Carrom etc.
All the major National, Cultural & Religious days are celebrated and organized by the children themselves to inculcate values. Students are being trained in Drama, Mime, Folk dances, Singing etc.
The academic year is divided into two terms. In order to develop a habit of regular studies, the two terms include Unit Tests in addition to the Mid Term and Final Term. For Class XI, the performance will be evaluated according to the table cited below and for Class XII Pre-boards Examination are conducted in place of Unit - Ill and ISC Board Examination in place of Final Term
