The School is equipped with three labs for the Science subjects i.e. Physics, Chemistry and Biology
With the view to hone the mathematical skills of the students and improve their proficiency in mathematics, they are given regular practice in the math lab.
The role of the laboratory is central in high school physics courses since students must construct their own understanding of physics ideas. This knowledge cannot simply be transmitted by the teacher, but must be developed by students in interactions with nature and the teacher. Meaningful learning will occur where laboratory activities are a well-integrated part of a learning sequence. The lab has three work stations, and at each station there could be a number of 6-8 students working, depending upon the nature of the experiment.
Chemistry is sometimes called "the central science" because it bridges other natural sciences like physics, and biology with each other. The Chemistry lab is a required component of most chemistry courses. Learning about lab procedures and performing experiments helps students to learn techniques and reinforces textbook concepts. This lab has three stations, and at each station there could be a number of 6-8 students working, depending upon the nature of the experiment.
The daily routine of a biology student involves the use of basic equipment in their biology experiments - such as microscopes, test tubes, beakers- as well as high-tech scientific equipment and computers. This equipment is the bare-bone basics that you'd find in any laboratory. This equipment is necessary for the basic studies of biology: visualizing cells and organelles, as well as preparing samples of cells or fluids for testing or visualization, dissecting specimens. This lab has three stations, and at each station there could be a number of 6-8 students working, depending upon the nature of the experiment.
